Stacee Mandeville: Founder

Since 1999, Stacee has delivered communication skills coaching to executives around the globe. She specializes in helping people structure content from an audience focused point of view, thereby increasing engagement, influence, and buy-in. She also helps unearth clients innate vocal power, manage undermining physical habits through body language control, and elevate overall "executive presence" when selling, presenting, or pitching under pressure. She has had the pleasure of working with individuals in myriad of industries, including Merck, HP, General Electric, JPMorgan, Deutsche Bank, Verizon, A&M, Citigroup, Barclays and Levi's. She has used her accumulated experiences with clients from all over the world, combined with her theater background, to create the Red Leaf Coaching methodology. 

Working with Stacee, you will find she has an engaging but no-nonsense approach. Since managing work-life balance is a constant struggle for most people, she strives to make her coaching targeted and efficient, and gives her clients the tools to grow as quickly and simply as possible. The Red Leaf Coaching methods were designed as an answer for companies who know that the ability to communicate with authority, passion, and clarity is a paramount foundation skill, but who simply don’t have the time to devote to lengthy, ongoing coaching. 

Stacee was classically trained in theater at New York University, (B.F.A.) and has additional experience in team building, professional development, influencing, networking, accent modification and mentoring.

Katherine McDowell

Katherine is an accomplished corporate coach with over 10 years of experience in the field.  She utilizes her extensive knowledge from her professional degrees and training in Eastern philosophies to identify mental blocks and apprise clients of their vocal and physical habits, Katherine’s corporate role-play experience includes a range of techniques including improvised scenarios, scripted simulations, and one-on-one practical application.  As a role-play artist she has worked with all levels of the corporate structure, from middle management to the executive level and has run scenarios covering effective communication, internal coaching, leadership techniques, successful feedback, performance skills, harassment, employee development, and conflict management, among others.  Her clients span many sectors, from industry leaders to boutique firms.  Recent clients include BT, BP, AT Kearney, PA Consulting, Thyssen Krupp, Kaplan, and Ipsen. In the business world she is herself a successful entrepreneur and has worked in a variety of administrative positions with corporations of all sizes.Katherine holds a BFA from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts and an MA from King's College London in conjunction with the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts.  She is an avid traveler and has been to over 20 countries as a visitor, teacher, and performer.
